I can not believe Olaf is going to be buffed again.
He just got a huge buff in Release 6.8.
Actually he is way too OP in top lane, no one can beat him when 1 vs 1.

Wasn't Olaf's whole champion identity to have pretty much the highest damage in the game if he can catch you? Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I always read that his counter was mobility or CC. Once his ultimate is off, he can't catch you, right? Ala Nautilus, or Nasus's move speed and attack speed debuff, or Jax's dodge, stun, face rippage, and then jump away, or Teemo's blind, slow, move speed buff, and Frozen Mallet death sentence.
Its funny, Olaf is one of those champions that i get rekt hard by but i completely suck at playing :'(
Olaf top lane isn't really that crazy. He also falls off late game. He's not terrible but he is in no way OP.
Just don't feed him. He also pushes lane early and is very gankable
