Elise needs help!

Well it finally happened, Elise is now at an all time low. As of me posting this right now at 1:41 am, 11/25/2014, Elise is at a 40.11% win rate in ranked solo Q for all regions. I love Elise and I would like to see some buffs to her in the future to help her out. I think an increase to her cocoon width would really help with her ganking reliability. I would like to see Elise as a really good early game champion where she can snowball the game like lee sin can, but at the moment she's lacking at all times of the game. So maybe a buff to her early game damage is in order, but make her damage scale badly into late game. Anyways do any of you all think that buffs are in order?

great a bunch of idoits are playing her after months of ignoring her. Of course her numbers are going to tank. She actually takes skill to play.

Can Elise top lane or anything other than jungle? I hate jungling and never want to, but I love Elise but i do not want to spend the IP for her just for her to not really do well anywhere besides jungle
