Should Riot Buff Kha?

I've been playing kha a lot lately, and I've been noticing some really annoying things about playing him. This is just a short list of my opinions on likes and dislikes LIKES I like the isolation feature, which gives lots of counterplay to his kit. I like the fact he can adapt to certain situations, with his evolutions. I like how you have have resets in his kit I like the interaction between him and Rengar I like the idea of multiple stealths I like the idea of bush tactics in his kit DISLIKES How your stealth lasts about 1 second, even though you have 2-3 How most people can still duel him 1v1 His stealth doesn't feel rewarding for using his ult to gank at all (can't even close a gap or hide with it. Only thing it is for his passive imo) Does not do well against rengar, even though it's supposed to be a fair match. The evolution of void spikes feels underwhelming His Q feels like it does nothing, not even like, 10 damage, when used against non-isolated opponents

I don't know if I'm just not playing him right or what, just asking for opinions, Anybody else think he feels slightly clunky?
