what a Nerf with her ult how about us that main 
.. the damage of her ult is so low now, can we even kill a champ? I know its not yet final but please don't do it..

Jinx has had a stupid high win/pick rate for a long time now. They only nerfed her ult damage at short range. By the time it reaches your shock wave range, it does full damage again.
Who cares about her ult, her real strength is rocket launcher range and crits. She could have a completely blank kit as long as she kept her Q and she'd still be good. Plus the ult still does the same damage if you use it from range. Just don't shoot missiles into peoples faces point blank.
Honestly this nerf won't affect her power level at all.
It only affects point blank ults, if you get a hit from farther away (the intended use case) then it'll do almost the same amount of damage. If that's a problem for you, stop using your ult on people in your face and kite.
Doesn't Jinx ult have an execute effect?
And a red said that her minimum range (IE point blank) was nerfed so people who actually jumped on top of her were rewarded a bit more. The max damage it can do still does the same amount of damage, or maybe a little less.
idc. i dont use my ult at point blank range anyways
her R still has % missing health damage, so if they're low you'll still get the kill. The only difference is it'll do less damage to full health enemies.
so relax, it's not that bad.
