BUG?

so here's a problem my runepages have no names and some of my masteries dont have names too ,so when i play a game i always try to see what runes is it and masteries is it ? but ealiear when i tried to play a game and i was gonna change my masteries and runes but i tried to check whats inside the runes it wont let me and the mastery problem is when i tried to change my masteries i cant see what the mastery is like theres no description
