I saw Quinn change a while back. However, the change got reverted asap. They are planning to change most of Adc, and Adc items mostly. As a Quinn player im for some change . However, i hope they keep some part of her kit. The blind is pretty unique and give Quinn a goods dueling potential against enemy Adc, melee bruiser/fighter or even AA based AP, like Diana passive proc for exemple. Fact that Quinn gain vision is nice but i feel it lack of real potential and could be tuned. E is a primary tool on Quinn kit but sometime is buggy or place Quinn in bad position. Tune is needed. For her ult, as much i love the skills switch and the movement burst, mana cost of normal cast is too pricy for Quinn small mana pool, it could be changed. They need to do something about her passive during her ultimate, losing a main damage tool for ultimate who bring you to melee range and placing youin risky position is lame. Her range need to be buffed to be able to fill her Adc role because currently, its not really the place to go. I mainly play her top for this reason, but again, you go second Adc and you sacrifice a tank or a fighter so in solo queue, flaming and frustration happen almost every game. I barely can play her anymore without people raging at me, yet Quinn is my favorite champion of the game. I want to hear Quinn lover , even if you main her or just love her kit, lore or whatever. I want that people understand that Quinn is not a troll pick and is actually good in good hands ! She is actually in better spot than Teemo since she can roam past 6 combinés with teleport. Quinn is an assassin Adc, not traditional Adc ! Make the difference ! Thank you . A Quinn main.

her entire theme fits more as a jungler.

scouting into enemy territory, invading. etc. her kit is basically really good for a jungling marksman, only her values arent. i think she would be much more interesting that way.

Quinn is fine going bot lane. Yes her range is a little short, but other ADCs have the same or shorter range than her and do fine, which she also does

I wouldn't mind if they did to Quinn's blind what they did to Fiora's parry.

You hit the target and for a certain period of time their next attack or ability misses you.

As a Quinn Main and i mean Quinn main, who's played her in every lane/role, yes even Quinn support (not intentionally), I feel like she isn't as bad as people say. Her range is only slightly shorter than most adcs at 525 (same range as Graves and Jinx, and bigger than Lucian and Sivir). Her Q is very stong with a good range and an AoE blind which makes harassing as her really good. and if you get a chance to double proc the enemy adc, take it and take away half their health easily. Her W is so underrated, I max it first personally because most of her damage comes from her passive anyways so maxing W gives her 40% bonus attack speed and 60 movement after hitting a marked target+ it gives her ult 80% attack speed (i wanna know what others max first cause i feel like im the only one who does this). It also hurts me whenever i hear people say her ult is bad because it puts her in melee range and leaves her out of position, they are completely misusing it. It would be like using Caitlyns ult to start a teamfight, it just doesnt work. It should be used to either to duel splitpushers with high ad and low hp, or punish adc's that are out of position, or to end a team fight when the enemy is low (people seem to forget her ult is and AoE execute).

What i think Quinn needs are some definite QoL changes and make her work like a bulkier adc. a ranged ad champion that can function either as a fighter or an adc/assassin. I dont think she needs any straight stat buffs or an overhaul on her kit. what she needs is more CC so she can be a top lane bruiser who can offer cc in a fight, while building somewhat tanky, but can also function as an adc. Like make her abilities interact better with her passive (right now her passive and E are counter intuitive) such as if you hit a marked taget with her Q, it consumes the mark dealing bonus damage and increasing the duration of the blind (only on the marked target) to 2.25 seconds. the W passive would only activate if an AA consumes the mark. and if you vault on a marked target they are stunned for 1.5 seconds and leaving the foe marked. Then finally she gets resets if she executes an enemy shortly after using her second ult.

I think these changes would make quinn a much stronger champion that could bring her into relevence.
