So what's up with the faint lines on the ground in the jungle?

Everyone sees them. They have been on the ground of both sides of the jungle for multiple patches. Even people with top notch computers still see these strange lines that look to be connecting terrain with other terrain. Why are they here and why has this not been fixed?
