No seriously, I've disagreed with lots of riot's decisions, but I never openly criticized them until this. I didn't think the problem with damage creep could be brought to next level.

I haven't had that yet but I've had champs that definitely didn't used to take it, now taking it and doing a lot of damage. It seems a lot better on poke champs than melee or assassin as in ARAM they can't get near the enemy to proc it as often. For example, a Vel'Koz Qing from miles away works really well with it.
