, why again? Could have just lowered the damage on the passive instead of nerfing the Aria of Perseverance and Song of Celerity. After all, is PRIMARY SUPPORT; she does not need high damage but needs high heal and support abilities.

Karma should have her gold collecting nerfed because she doesn't need an ADC level of gold to buy items that make her as powerful as an ADC. If she's support then it's similar to playing against whatever ADC + xerath (not quite, but I'm trying to give perspective) + extra utility. Something should be done about how much gold she requires, rather than her abilities adjusted.
And you are absolutely right about Sona; I myself have wondered why Riot likes to make most supports act as a a main tank or secondary carry - while delegating very few other supports as pure support (there's like two). I main Janna - which is viable to some degree, but for 80% of bot lane match-ups Janna is just not enough (unless you play her extremely well and the other support and ADC are both average).
How many supports are incapable of another role? Very few in my opinion - which this is.
And to the guy who wants the Nami nerf: she's just fine. She is a cc oriented support who sucks at wave clear and isn't super tanky.
