Illaoi Broken af
Illaoi is the most broken champion arguably EVER created. Lots of reasons to this; very low tentacle spawn times in lane (20-12) so if you're melee (as most top-laners are) if you walk up to a tentacle, braving illaoi's attacks to kill it, another one will spawn almost immediately after the first one is gone. Her e is pretty good in lane, esp. since if she lands it she can poke you hard while you stay under turret. But what makes illaoi broken af is the damage on her tentacles. 10 - 180(based on level) (+120% - 160% AD)!!!! No other champion in lol has any abilities that scale with more than 130%! To make matters worse, this 160% scaling ability becomes multiplied by the number of enemies hit by illaoi's ult, with the max spawning up to 6 tentacles. Now if Illaoi has 100 AD from build black cleaver, titanic hydra, and if she lands a 4 man ult, The total damage from her ult + w + q is (350 + 50% * 105) + (180+ 160% * 105)*4 + (160% * 105) = 1962 damage. Her w is also on a 2 second cd after ulting, so (180+ 160% * 105)*4 = 1392 damage is inflicted in an aoe damage 2 more times. In total, if she lands a 3 man ult + 1 with spirit thingy, the total damage Illaoi can deal to one target is 4746 damage. THIS DOESNT EVEN TAKE INTO FACTOR THE AOE DAMAGE THAT HER TENTACLES DO. Illaoi does more dmg than a full ad talon can ever hope to do, while only building hydra and black cleaver. Rito, idk if you wanted to create an "empowered woman" or whatever, but this tentacle lady is a monster. Please nerf her crazy tentacles.
