Team builder for ranked

There should be a team builder for ranked games. I'm so sick of entering a game and getting some little #### who screams pecking order and you end up playing a crappy lane or champion because they were first and then they suck or leave the game 2 minutes in and your stuck with a champion you didnt want to play and lose the game. This crap is such bull and it happens all the time.
