Skins not working
So i use my Phoenix skin for Quinn all the time and now when i try to use it i get bad lag or it just switches over to her original before the game. Has anyone else noticed issues with their skins?

Yes. Happened to me with Infernal Nasus skin. Keeps switching to his normal skin. I heard in the champ select screen you have to manually select the normal skin, hit ok, and then go back and switch it to the skin you want and hit ok. That seems to work for me.
Anyone else?
It seems to happen often, and sometimes only the visuals change, not the sounds or effects (Especially Arcade Sona for me)
