On my Sub Acc the Spells are getting casted instantly which is a pain and i cannot move it to "click spell->left click to activate".
Also there's this "sliding bug" where you just skip a long distance by using a wall.
And if league isnt already a pain to play, it gets worse if your skill goes beyond the target and has no effect.
Also why does it say "Spell Immun" if ultis kill you? If Ultis are not Spells, then what excatly are they?
You're going to need to clarify and elaborate on those things for us to be able to understand you.
Can you by any chance provide video showing what you are talking about? You should have access to your replays so you should be able find it again.
As for the spell immune thing, I assume you are talking about death recap which has always been pretty buggy. I'm not sure if / when Riot is planning to change it.
