Redemption on karthus
seeing as with karthus you die in every fight wouldn't it be useful? die do a ton of dps and then 10% of max health

10% max health is really not that much unless it's hitting a tank, the heal is the more important part of that item, if you want damage just get AP, pretty sure it'll just end up giving your ult more damage than the single redemption proc
