i think it is really dumb that they give so many quotes to new champions when old ones have like 40
all the new champions get quotes for everything and its annoying, like with camille, she has a quote for about everything she can do

The thing is that updating the vo of the older champs costs a lot of resources,as they need to write lots of lines for them and rehire(or even recast) all the voice actors for all the different languages.
And even then there are some champs where it would be a bad idea to update the voice over without giving the champ a VGU first. I mean imagine if they had updated Yoricks VO before his VGU,it wouldn't have fit the VGU and they would have needed to recast him again afterwards.
I mean, it's obviously not ideal, but, as GreenLore said, it's a lot of resources- Writing lines, rehire/recast the voice talents (and for every language the game uses), and so on.
What do you mean a quote? You mean like in game lines they say? If you hate that, wait til rito releases my skin which has 754 lines puts on commando sunglasses
adding stuff isn't free. consider the value annie or ryze, do you think it's worth adding to those now?
End of the day, Riot is a company, League is their business. if adding more VO to new champs increase the chance of a sale, you bet they would do it.
Te older champs are outdated for a reason. $$$
I've said several times that they've gone overboard with quotes at this point, now it's more irritating than anything else having champions talk 24/7 whether you like it or not for every single move they do. A friend of mine made me 1v1 him on the PBE a lot so he could try Camille against different matchups, and the amount of times she said "THE TRICK IS TO BE CLEVER AND QUICK" and "MY WAY AND THE WRONG WAY" per minute was obnoxious.
At the very least quotes tagged to moves should be quick and punctual. The longer they are the more irritating they get.
