Why no support buffs

Why is it that we don't we buff any of of the supports rito i mean you Nerf them into oblivion and then buff ADC this defeats the purpose of having a support bot lane if the support cant support and not even stay in lane to begin with to actually support. . Like Rito please make them a little bit more on par with their ADC counter parts or at least the mid laners.
