Does the Game judge CS too harshly for people that roam? Im not saying Csing is not important its very important and i could improve that.

This is about if the Ranking system Account for build / Stratagy in the least bit?(Ganking mid, roaming bot for drag, buying SS/Sweeper as top Gnar etc.)

Is there any emphisis on pressure applied to map control?(even low elos can apply pressure, We arent harmless!)
