Why is it important to track Flash CD?
Anyone? I don't get it. I just assume it's always up.
Also. What is the exact CD on Flash..? Like isn't everyone's different? How do we know the exact time if they have Masteries for lower CD?

1:
If you know its down. You can use your own
to kill them. Or, you can take it in or out of consideration of what may happen in a fight.
Lets say I'm
vs
. Normally, If I flash to jump onto her, She will just snare, flash, E, ult. I'm dead.
If she has no flash, then she will take all my damage, because she can't get away. She needs to decide whether to try to juke my damage or out damage me.
I need to
onto her because she's too far away. She isn't just gonna let me jump onto her in a favorable position where I do not need to flash.
2:
Normally it is 300 seconds. If they have
or the mastery. You can hover over their summoner spell and see the cooldown.
it's 300 seconds minus 15% reduction from tank masteries minus 10% reduction from Ionian boots
You can do a quick math in games
Counting flash gets more important towards late game when the stake is not just a kill but a whole teamfight

It's really helpful for junglers. If Mid flash is down, the jungler can slam down a Control Ward, pitch a tent, lean back in a lawn chair, and just have a grand ol' time for the next four-to-five minutes!
You can also change your settings to show chat times and keep track of CDs that are pinged which you should ping if you see any Sums go off including yours to show your team what you have to work w/ atm.
Yes, it's worth while. Why wouldn't it be?
Idk the exact cd cus im a scrub that doesnt track it, but you can tell simply by looking at their Keystone. If they have the bottom keystone in the right tree, they likely have SUmmoner CDR. ALmost 100%
if you hover your enemies summoner spells you can see their cooldowns on it. So if they have the insight mastery you can tell just by hovering it. They have to expose themselves first, so you cant check in the first 1:30 of game when you likely wont see them.
Flash has a 5 minute CD. It is important for the laners to put the time of the flash coming up again after being used into the chat so the rest of the team and more specifically the jungler can know. It is also important to know if flash is up or not while deciding whether to turret, go for risky plays, etc.
If you know it is on cooldown, you know they cant flashbear you, or escape over a wall..
Pretty self-explanatory shit.
