"Free" Level 30 Accounts for players that already hit Level 30

Hey, I recently thought about this while i was leveling up my smurf. Why isnt there a system that allows you to get a "Free" Level 30 Account when you are already level 30? Like a smurf that you dont have to level up? I mean the level up mechanic is good when you are new to the game but when you already played over 5k games like me and you want a smurf you have to level them up from 0 and thats just annoying. I know you could say: "But then you could just sell thoose level 30 accounts very easy", well yes but first if everyone who hits level 30 can do this they wouldnt be worth anything , and secondly riot could just make it so that the new account is linked to the old one , this way they could limit the ammount of smurfs you are allowed to have and they could even say that you are only allowed to be online with 1 account at the time.

this is just a little concept i was thinking about, if you have any ideas, tell me :)

While I agree with you that there needs to be a better "smurf" leveling system. I don't feel like a free 30 is quite acceptable.

If Riot could add a system in which you could generate a code to give your alternate account an XP/IP boost. The code would give your account a 30 day IP/XP boost and you could only generate 1 code a month. Using a code on an account links the account to your main and makes it invalid to generate codes, forces it to share a password with your main account. Your use name would be your main username with a drop down for sub accounts.

There for you need to level your first account to 30 without the code. You can't make 1000 accounts instantly at 30, most you could do is grind 1 out per 30 days, You can't sell accounts. Linking your accounts would force people to not be toxic on their smurfs without risking all of their accounts.

I like the idea. I made a second account because im happy with my rank for my first season and wanted to see how far i could get playing a different lane. I could see it getting abused but if its forcefully linked to your other account, I could see them tying in punishments across both so it might be an even trade-off. If this system was in place the alterior option would be to level one yourself and not have it linked. For anyone who is not on behavior or leaverbuster punishments, this system could potentially work. The only question would be how useful you would be matched up against other 30's who have full rune pages. Then again, if you're smurfing, you know you will have to grind out the IP for runes and it would probably be better doing it against people who have a basic concept of the game and not against people building thornmail on ashe.

Bad idea, because leveling up is how you earn the IP to purchase champions and runes. It would just encourage smurfs to run right into ranked with no runes and they'd have to grind for the 20 champion cap.

stupid idea so what you are saying is that riot should make it so high ranked people plat+ can go into silver and destroy them. riot doesnt allow smurfing so why are they going to make it so they give you a free smurf.
