Tryndamere fix idea to make him less overbearing.

An easy fix, makes him more skilled based and gives you a chance to fight him as well as making Tryn choose when to ult more carefully.

Idea: change when he can ult from low health only to before he is below half health or quarter health only. This will make him pick and choose when he should ult to be unkillable and unhurtable and allows his opponent to know when they can all in on him and when they should just make a run for it. Also makes Tryn have to ult or face a chance to actually have to fight to avoid death if he misses his opportunity to ult before the health cutoff.
