QSS for AP Champs

Any reason why only ends with an AD item? How come there are no AP items that build off of it? Ap champs need to cleanse CC too, especially if they are carries. As much as i love i was kinda hoping the next 120ap item would involve a QSS active. I know that AP champs have but i honestly feel that if thats the only argument for it, then should be usable when cc'd by a malz or lissandra ulti for example. At least Ad champs dont need a zhonia's-type item anymore now that is a thing... Kappa

I don't think it should be made into an AP item. But maybe a MR item in general.

I actually like that idea, it doesn't have to be an ap item, just a further build path that is friendlier to both sides. Same goes with phage.

Actually, AP champions get the better end of things. If an AP champion wants a cleanse active, they spend 1250 gold and they have it. If an AD champion wants a stasis, they have to spend 3300 gold to get it.

you really forgot that ad can just buy the qss as well and then pay the extra for combat stats on top of it

Im pretty sure the stasis is 3300 for everyone haha XD. But my point was the fact that if you buy the cleanse, that is the end of the item path and will be wasted potential late game. And if an AD champion buys the stasis, then they have pointless ap now. I still see your point though.

I think the reason there isn't an AD version of Hourglass is because a lot of AD Champions would not like to be out of the fight for 2.5 seconds, especially Marksmen, as their main source of damage is not though cooldown-gated spells (like most AP champions), but rather their auto attacks.

I'm not gonna lie, I've been tempted to build Zhonya's as a defensive item on AD Trynd after watching AP Tryndamere. It seems evil.

i have posted this a few times, i agree ap should have some build out of item 3140 or if not ap atleast a better defensive item. zhouas is great but it does no good vs supression. i ALWAYS get QSS vs malzahar, and its stupid i cant build anything more out of it it unless im playing an ad mid.

Really guys? Saying things like AP has better itemization than AD is just plain untrue. Yeah, they've got Zhonyas, and that's a great item, but AD has lifesteal, crit chance, aaaaaaand hexdrinker + merc scimmy + and even though it's not great, zephyr. There's no tenacity ap items (for SR) nothing that gives shields from AD, and nothing even close to crit chance or lifesteal (please do not compare spell vamp to lifesteal because no.)
