Make Dragon and Herald alternate locations every X minutes
I think the herald and dragons should transition between each spawn location to force jungles to play to both sides of the map. Discuss:

It's an interesting idea, and I see how it would accomplish what you're suggesting, but I don't think it would make any sense practically.
There will inevitably be times where one monster occupies their territory when the other is attempting to transition.
Also, the transition might happen while a player / team is trying to take it. This would create more situations like when you're fighting Rift Herald and Baron spawns.
This could give top lane more impact, they won't have to always burn tp or walk across the map to help contest drakes
