Sion nerf

I am warwick main for long ie and I won quite a bunch of games with him high win rate). Even if I played against cahmp that counters me in jg I won him we won most of teamfights and everything I even got all drakes and Herald and we won lanes. But in some games there was that chapion-SION. He is kinda annoying champ he becomes tanky over game and even deals a lot I mean A LOT of damage. If person is Sion main or at least knows how to play it it's kinda unfair for enemy team cause n silver u must play hard carry champion but still there is no guranteed win for u I mean I don't wanna be a toxic piece of s**it that bames his team no not at all my team is kinda good I just mute 'em and it's cool (till the end of a game). But than even if I am fed my team doesnt want to push with me than they die like in every fight I just say def and they can't do that, cause of that enemy team pushes faster than me and comes to lane that I am trying to push and almost kill me. So there is Sion again my top laner just let him get farm he is not on lane probably he troll with his build (black cleaver electrocute Nasus etc.) and feeds him ( Sion even deals more dmg than adc so don't ask) he might be bad turret pusher but I think that is not the solve of a problem. He outscales many champs in late game so it would be kinda nice if riot would nerf him I will get better I started to clob withWarwick from bronze like kinda fast (in 5 days I came from bronze 2 to Silver 4).
