Pyke E nerf

Pyke became too strong with his E. His cooldown on E is pretty low. Like when you play against him on any lane he just dodge with his E. I had experience with it many times, like when I played Yorick I threw my monkeys on him and caught him with my W, but no he runs away with his E it was pretty hard to lane against him. (btw I was playing on other acc) His E has lower cooldown than my W please Riot repair it. Ty!
