To Riot Will there ever be a Brand Rework or at least a patch?

Dear Riot

will brand ever get updated? or at least patched? Been Trying the Champ recently and i like him but i feel hes just not viable mostly because his weakness are very big and his kit is one of the oldest in the game* not the oldest but you get the point* his strengths are nice but i feel like other mages compared to him do way better cause of 1 thing sustain.

Brand Strengths

Brand has one of the highest bursts Brand has terrifying AOE CC damage A skill shot stun that last 2 seconds and a health % burn

Brand weakness Cool Downs no mobility Mana problems No sustain at all Low health Regen one of the lowest in the game i think Ultra Squishy

I just feel like Right now in the current state of the game compared to other midlaners brand just isnt that strong of a pick i personally think its just his lack of sustain

if brand at least was patched with a slight increase to his health regen i feel like he would at least be able to keep up better.

it wouldn't take away from what brand is a burst mage glass cannon but would at least make him more fun to play cause right now i feel like "i have to build a defensive item or else" cause hes soo squishy its just terrifying i understand brand has his weakness and needs some like all champions do but this just kinda stupid causemost other glass cannon type champs at lv 18 cant get 10% of there health rektd just by attacking blue buff

cause right now brand can get hit my minions at lv 18 and they still hit him like a truck like lv 1
