Allistar is Broken
His new ultimate negates nearly all damage that is directed towards him. Kind of dumb.

It's on a long cooldown and his laning phase isn't the greatest. If you can poke him down, you can zone him out of getting any farm and prevent him from diving you with his ult at level 6 (because he's too low health and has no mana from constantly having to heal himself).
Champion sees some popularity in a different lane, now X champ is op threads.
