2 things 1st. Galio was not nerfed into the ground, he's still in a better spot than 7.20's Galio because his Passive and E retained their ratios and Q still has a higher Ratio.

2nd. Less than 2 weeks is when Runes Reforged launches with Pre-Season, current win-rates don't matter anymore.

Better hotfix Galio into the ground. [sg-ezreal]

Talon (51%-53% winrate): http://champion.gg/champion/Talon/Middle http://www.lolking.net/champions/talon#/overview

https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/champions/stats/talon/na/all he doesn't go above 51% until the top 2% of players in diamond +

Malzahar (54%-55% winrate): http://champion.gg/champion/Malzahar/Middle http://www.lolking.net/champions/malzahar#/overview

ok fair point, that winrate IS accurate

Pantheon (51%-53% winrate): http://champion.gg/champion/Pantheon/Top http://www.lolking.net/champions/pantheon#/overview

again this dpoesnt really surpirse me.. he IS in a very strong spot

but like shuynin178 said.. every single champ in the game is goign to get re-balanced next patch. (for better or worse) and i fully expect the next patch cycle to be horrid for balance. but changing all champions at once is a FANTASTIC idea.
