Liandry's torment

When this item was first released it was a really good anti tank item, for the past 2 seasons I've wondered why it wasn't as powerful as it was before. Upon release this item did 5% of current hp per sec over the lowly 2%, even with the ap changes I still feel that liandry's still doesn't do well against tanks.

I know riot wants to make all major ap items to be 80-100 ap, but I wish to test to lower the ap to 70 or 60 and increase the current hp/sec DoT to 3% or 4%

It works better on people who Dot and combine with rylais . Cass used to be strong with this and rylais now she wastes a lot more mana for little gain over what she was

I'm well aware that it does, but to the most of it I don't really feel the anti hp type item it is meant to be in comparison to it's released stats

I get what your saying but you need to have rylais and liandrys both built to do the hp damage

The item was broken on release which is why it was nerfed. Nowadays it's just a niche item, rumble, zyra, swain and others make full use of this item. The passive is sort if weak on most champions but the stats it gives are just too good to pass, ap and health and to top it off magic pen
