Are the AP nerfs too much for assassins?
It feels as if most AP midlane assassin/burst champs are now overshadowed by ad assassins or bruisers.
For example, a player picking katarina right now won't have as much impact as wukong or talon mid.
The introduction of the AD assassin item pushes the scales even further in the direction of ad assassins.
Burst mages like annie and xerath also have their wings clipped. Think about the annie vs zed matchup. Normally, annie would pressure zed and get a kill before level 5, and then continue to stomp by buying seekers armguard after backing. Now, its still possible to kill zed before level 5, but seekers (and hourglass) now take longer to build, which makes a huge difference to the laning phase.
Do you think the AP nerfs are too hard, or are they a step in the right direction?
