Play with friends, earn bonuses, rank up together. Everybody wins except the people without friends. Riot is trying to push you away from this game so you can go out, get a social life, and then make those friends play League with you.
Want a mode for playing with friends? Play normals, dont infest ranked with your premade boosting. Its just not a healthy competetive scene and thats a fact. People dont hate the concept of dynamic que, having fun with friends is cool, but the fun ends for a lot of people when individual skill doesnt matter at all anymore and the only question you have to ask yourself is " how good are my friends? Can they win for me?". Stop being ignorant.
