Draven Needs To Get Back Into The Meta

I'm a DRAAAAAAAAAVEN main. Now i know that's cancerous, but hear me out. DRAAAAAAAAAVEN is a difficult "balanced" champion in the meta full of unbalanced champions. He does a lot of damage and is amazing if played right, however, he gets out shined by more popular picks which do as much damage as he can do, without the skill required. His passive is utterly useless if youre behind or people dont know how to play with a DRAAAAAAAAAVEN on their team. his Q is one of the more unique skills in league of legends and he gets big payout from it. His E is good, but is way too mana hungry when trying to chase a champion. Reducing the mana cost of it would really help him out in this meta. His other two abilities are perfectly fine IMO.He has mana problems, he is easy to counter because other people can see where his axes can land (good decision making can counter that so thats okay), his skill cap is high and his damage is low compared to champs like Vayne or Jhin which require a lot less skill than Draven. He has no escape, and is a bad position in the meta. A small buff to Draven would get him back into the meta and make hium a good pick. Something like a passive to his E where it increases his attack speed or movement speed based on ability level.Draven

A good Draaaaaaaaaaaaaaven fits into any team comp as well as other adcs. He's a feast or famine champ (and almost always was). He does have mana issues unless you catch your axes, but most mains get an essence reaver in their 1st 2 items to compensate.

He's not weak right now, and I wouldn't mind (as a supp main) a good one on my team 9 times out of 10.

Draven is already strong.. Are you playing him without catching axes?
