Ap Lucian is actually viable

Tried it out last game in ranked (gold smurf) and it was surprisingly legit. W does more damage than most Mage spells in the game and it has a ridiculous hit box. Nashors tooth and lich bane provided enough dps while w was on cd. 10/10 would recommend
