I never understood why Unrankeds play with silvers. Or Newbies get placed into silver.
This makes the silver elo x10 worse.
Yeah, we silvers are average, ᵃᵛᵉʳᵃᵍᵉ ᵍᵃʳᵇᵃᵍᵉ. But at least we know the game. Our Micro/Macro might not be as great as others, but do we deserve unranked players (not talking about refreshed season, talking about brand new level 30's, brand new players- Thanks riot for making leveling up faster (S^_^)b.) when they first decide to rank?
Make new rankers play with Bronze players. Most games do this, EVERYONE starts from the bottom and work their way up but I guess League thought, it'll be great to let everyone know they're average. This some false dream in leading new players to think they're special?. I remember my first time ranking I got Silver IV on EUW, I boasted it. And laughed at my friends in Bronze, cause I was Silver, "I'm better than you, this border says so". But that bronze friend of mine kicked my ass in every aspect of the game, yet he was bronze and sure enough when ranking with other players I did complete shit and went negative all the way to Silver V.
I'm not even mad I'm in Silver IV right now trying to get to gold before the end of February, I've seen some shit. An
midlaner no HP Pots vs
and spamming KYS, easily reported. But what pissed me off was the unranked
going against
in lane got absolutely shat on, had no idea how to combo or when to roam, she went 1/11/3. Even with the
feeding in lane we could have won if a regular top laner was playing.
I have no problem climbing but the first time ranked players have always unsettled me in silver games. I understanding some people don't play ranked at all but have been playing for years, would they be better than the, "Level 30 in a month, let's hop in a ranked game" type of player?, yeah but they're also the type to play for fun. Most people I play with that don't touch ranked despite playing for years just play for kicks. And when coming to the ranked scene they can't adjust to the serious atmosphere and won't try to minimize their mistakes, while their attitude is nice, their game play doesn't change.
