Ranked and DDOS

Has anyone else dealt with issues from being ddos'd in ranked games? I have never dealt with this before on League, but today makes the 2nd time its happened to me again this week. I could not get on the internet barely at all till the match ended by looking at my phone on op.gg to see when it did using my mobile data. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?
