Hey rioter that sees this please enlighen us on why gunblade is being nerfed if it is .. i mean i heard it was but if so why would that be? because some champions need it to be somewhat viable like one champion i enjoy playing being Akali.. as if her minor changes where not enough... being u have to AA twice to get your passive damage off which is a huge ammount.. u cant stick to people as well anymore due to her ulti having a minor delay u put on it so yeah

yeulx1 votesehh kat is still good even without gunblade since riot dont want to buff akali due to her needing a full scail VGU and all of that she needs it tho the way they made her kit its really hard to play because u cant always get 2 autos off on someone before u die.. and u cant stick to targets with how they made her ulti.. also forgot to mention they nerfed the damage on her ulti

I heard about the gunblade nerf too, maybe they decided not to do it?

God Raijin1 votesso remember the previous gunblade? Like how often did that old cooldown passive on it ever let you get your gunblade active twice during a fight? almost never. SO, think of gunblade now, basically all they did to it was make the active deal MORE damage. It is for all intents and purposes the same item but it now does more damage. SO, basically, Riot is like, "I guess the item is a little too strong, and it wasn't before, so we are nerfing the damage on it's active."
Damage changed to 250 (+ 30% AP) from 150 (+ 40% AP) is what it was. Meaning that you would have to have 1000AP for it to do the same damage back then as it does now.
So they are nerfing the active damage. seems fair to me tbh
