So idk if its just be but i mean the theme for bloodmoon evelynn is cool but every time i look at it.. it just feels like its severely Lacking something... and every time i look at it i dislike it more and more... i had kinda hoped that Evelynns FIRST skin after her rework.. would have been atleast 1300+ worthy
are you guys gonna buy it? .. im leaning on the not atm.. Hopefully riots art team notices some talk about it and change it up a bit

Honestly this skin is stunning, and the thematic of a blood demon works so well with her existing thematic of succubus. The blue on the abilities, and the horns in her demon form are so stunningly done, and her face is SO well rendered and textured. I don’t know what you’re talking about here my friend.
I won't disagree the skin feels lacking. It just feels like it's not fully there in-regards to quality. I think it's the VFX and Theme, they just feel so half-baked in comparison to other champions. Some skills are just recolours and she looks somewhere between a Blood Moon and Lunar Wraith skin.
I don't mind the skin being 975, at it's current state and considering the price of her others skins it makes sense. I think for Evelynn too get a 1350 skin it would need to be AMAZING, Otherwise no one is going to buy it. What with 2 of her 520 skins offering as much as a 975 for almost half the price, a 1350 would really need to be something special.
I like how EVERY NEW SKIN for a champ that hasn't had one for a long time is met with anger and disappointment. People keep expecting 1820 lvls but only get 1350. This Evelynn is 975 which isn't even bad at all.
I think it looks freaking terrible tbh. I dislike just about everything about it.
I like the colors and that they again choose actual demon for Blood moon theme line instead of giving it to random champions for the same of giving them a skin (Yeah, looking at you, TF, Talon or Diana...). I just dislake her face, how tiny her mask is and her recall, but I'd say those are minor problems.
I don't mind it being 975 since all of her skins are 750 or under. So, a decent tier is all I wanted for her.
Personally, I find the look pretty nice. It is only the first patch into the 8.9 cycle so there's possibility we will see other changes based on feedback, so I'm just giving it time to see if anything drastically changes but I like it so far.
I'm waiting for my PBE to finish updating, so I can get a closer in game look.
But by what I saw, the only thing that makes it okay as a Blood Moon skin is the lore of that universe.
By that, I mean, it's a great skin! It's beautiful, but the name makes it seem off since she's ALREADY a demon, so demonizing her doesn't seem possible for this skin, and she doesn't have a mask (though, arguably, her face is a mask)
For the universe lore of Blood Moon, she's either an actual priestess (knows hidden truths and bonded with demons in the cult) or she's just a straight up demon (Kennen, Thresh, Kalista).

i looooooove the concept, i am sooooooooo happy shes getting this. the human form in my opinion is ok, i kinda feel elise has more sexy. i do love her design though. my actually problem with the skin is how weak her shadow form is looking. we spend a lot of time in that form so i would like it to a bit better. like if she could be wearing the mask in this form that would be super cool. and fix how you see her arms and legs but her torso looks see-through, that would be nice. i dont wanna make a check list of things that could be fixed and say its trash, its a cute skin. this is just my only beef. i could be nice if it was 1350 rp tho. id love a high tier eve skin.
I personally feel just some texture updates to the base model itself would be suffice...
