New mastery tree/bigger mastery trees/or plain mastery change
I wanted to see if people would be interested in seeing a change to the masteries, be it by adding a new tree, making the current one bigger or simply updating masteries.
The point of the change: Currently, masteries iare very straight forward with very little variation. You go must go all in to 21 or you lose a lot of power. Currently you can have up to 20 mastery page, but is there really that much variation being used by anyone? You all know what I mean, how every ADC will have the same page with MAYBE 1 or 2 point somewhere else depending on which champ you play IE: feast or some point in spell/blade weaving. We have a bit more choice in defense and utility but I don't think it's enough, yet.
For example of new defensive masteries: (defense) Slimy Body: The first melee attack will slow the attack for 5/8/12% for 1 second, inner cooldown of 20seconds. It can be changed to be a slow when you attack, or even an attack speed slow.
(offense) Focused power: After 15 seconds without attacking you will snare for 0.1 seconds the enemy. (pretty much just an interrupt or a "stop") I don't think this is overpowered because if you're CSing you'll be attacking more the once every 15 seconds, if you harass even more not to mention team fight where it will pretty much only interrupt the champ you attack. Of course this would be deep in offense, so support who opt for Utility/Defense can't abuse it since they don't need to CS.
(utility) Money is (w)health: Whenever you gain gold from an other source than passive gold, gain 0.1% (or less I don't know what would be broken or useless) health. This could be flat health gain or even mana gain.
PS: the current masties are a LOT better than past one and we should keep going in this direction. Leave the raw stats to runes.
