Mortal Reminder Should Reduce Healing AND Shielding

Lets be honost here, Janna and Lulu with their perma shield is just pure bs against assasins or other ADC's that may be behind.

I know im going to be downvoted into oblivion, but atleast give it some thought and how many times you COULD have killed that adc if the shield was just a litttllee smaller

So you're saying Janna's shield is bs, but Zed's ultimate that lets him take over 80% of an enemy's hp after dealing his entire burst, is not bs at all?

Shields work like they do because by definition, they're not permanent. They only work on targets being attacked in the moment. Basically, a heal is a shield that can last until the next teamfight. Shields are not broken. Well, relic shield passive was, since it came back outside of combat.

Half of that is dusk proc. LAWL and if he hits a triple Q he deserves the burst it will do.

So ur a salty support main that fails to protect his adc from Zed even though Janna can knock Zed back 2 times while healing AND shielding the adc?

No, both of them are balanced. I was asking why you chose to call shields overpowered when there are so many other busted abilities in the game.

I don't want to give more power to ADCs, or have to depend on them even more.

I like this idea!

This idea sounds really damn good, but Riot doesnt like Zed and assassins overall so they wont do this.
