Give ziggs some love

Well it has been a long time since you have buffed ziggs and it seems to me that you have tottaly forgot about him. Despite of the fact that I have success with him his play rate is low. I barely see someone else playing him besides me. Some buffs would be bring him back to the Meta or in a better spot. Honestly he is one of the best balanced champs unlike Zoe who can't be balanced as you can see .
