Removing champions from the game

I know designers try to br creative when making champions but their creativity hasn't done any good to the game other than bringing unhealthy,broken,unfun to play against champions like yummi and zoe. I think they should be removed from the game or at the very least a big rework (Like Aatrox and Akali). I dont believe anyone would be offended if riot gives the riot points back to the players that bought skins for these champions. The game has been out for 10 years which means noone will miss them neither new nor old players like me (been playing for 4 years and i miss the first 2 years of playing the game because we didnt have these baly designed champions in the roster). Of course they are not the only issue of the game but i think that would be a good start.
