Dodging games

Im sick of being forced to dodge ranked games because theres a guy that pick trolls because his champ was banned. Why the fck do I have to lose LP and dodger time because of a _retard _ (moderator: theres literally no other word to describe someone like this) guy who forces his way like a bully? "Oh they banned my champ and I dont wanna dodge so either u guys dodge and I go troll other game or I make u lose 25 min and more LP"

Seriously we ALL have been there and we ALL HATE IT. I cant understand how tf in season 8 we still have this kind of things happening and Rito does nothing about it.

Stop making new stupid champs like Zoe and start changing actual stuff that everyone hates.
