URF is never coming. It's not profitable to Tencent.

...Jhin is going to have insane damage because of the 100% AS increase and crit change. He's still going to suck, but he'll at least crit for 2k now while doing it.

I'm going to see if I can get Jhin to have over 2k AD :D 1880 AD is already possible with a certain team comp. I also don't play or own Jhin. I prefer Face Smashing with Shield champions: Leona, Panth, Braum.

Side note: 35% resistance against Dinosaurs.... does this mean the Jurassic skins? :o
