Any ideas? (Bronze to gold)

Hey guys,

Just got done playing my promo games yesterday and now im here asking for help. I get placed in the worst division ever (Bronze 3), a place where you are told you are crap to be in. so anyways, i would like some advice to get into gold, i was silver 3 (Highest) last season, and going for gold this one. I have been placing in silver for every season for about 3 or 4 years now. I can not seem to get any better. I think i play the at the same skill level i did 3 or 4 years ago, yet i have played hundreds upon hundreds more games since then.

For the sake of keeping this short, i feel like the enemy team is always better than mine, almost always, and i feel like i cannot catch a break. So some pointers to be better, so i can get into gold would be great! :)

Ps why am i in bronze 2 (Now) and i get Gold 3 players in my game that rekt me hard. How is that even fair?
