Summoner Loading Screen Chat for Both Teams?

Hey all, Just a thought that was probably thought of a million times, what if they added a chat for loading screen before entering the rift?

Would be cool, or trolly?

Think it would be cool, for both teams to talk to each other.

It would be cool, but it would also promote trolls to take advantage of this somehow and screw their team up, if they can't do it enough in game
