Dragon Changes

Why don't they switch the dragon to baron pit and vice versa? This would involve top lane into the game and keep it from being totally separate from the rest of the game and would allow bot lane to be more of a 2v2 lane because there would be no objective on the bot side of the map to disincentivize repeated ganks since you don't gain a whole team advantage. My thoughts.
