Report System

Why doesn't riot crowdsource a report system like they have in cs go? It doesn't make sense to me that a game of this size with a very vocal portion of people complaining about trolls and inters wouldn't have them as a feature. It's so discouraging to have players type in chat that they will int, proceed to do it, and have you not get an instant feedback report at all. And before you say "not all penalties give you an instant feedback report" or some variation I personally have looked up the players that I have reported days after the fact only to find that they are still playing. Riot, let high honor high elo players review reports so that we can have an illusion that you care about actual toxic behavior instead of pretending everything is ok bc you ban people who type mean things in chat.
