Rotating Game Mode Schedule and the lack of Summoner Icons

I understand that RIOT is bringing back the rotating game modes like URF or Legend of the Poro King. I love those modes don't get me wrong. But seriously RIOT where are the summoner icons for these modes? Like the URF finisher icons that function only in URF mode like the one that makes the ghost of Urf appear from a slain champion. Or how about the Poro Icons that allowed players to dress up their poros in various ways (Spectral, Project, Gentlemen, etc, etc)? Me personally? I would pay for these icons so I can enjoy these game modes more.
