Does they keystone work with Mordekasier W and his passive sheild?
Does it work with Items? like Seraph's Embrace and Steraki's Gage
Ryze passive?

Slythion1 votesWindspeakers only applies to your effects on others, so Seraphs/Ryze shields aren't affected because they are self-casts. I don't know much about Mordekaiser so I'll leave that for someone else to answer
God In A Condom1 votesBut it says Your heals and shields are 10% stronger. Then it has another one for allies. So self shields should count just not the other passive with armor.

However, you cannot heal youself by self casting a shield, because the heal-when-you-shield is only for when you cast shields on allies. If I'm not mistaken, this applies to items like Face of the Mountain and Locket of the Iron Solari.
God In A Condom1 votesNah man go read the keystone. It says 2 things. Your heals and shields are 10% stronger. So it should work with lifesteal, spellvamp and self-shields from items and passive. Just the second Passive shouldn't work. Am i right?
lightdragoon881 votesAs long as it gives the white health bar, then windspeaking will boost it so things like Seraph's Embrace,Steraki's Gage, Ryze passive will be boosted.
Mordekaiser W does heal so it will be boosted by the mastery. As for his passive....I do not know. Mordekaiser shield is base off a % of his health so best thing I can say is have a buddy go into a custom game with just you 2 and both of you pick Mordekaiser.
Have 1 of you with windspeaker and the other with a different keystone (but make sure the rest of your masteries and runes are the same so your HP is the same.)
Then when the game starts up see if his shield amount where is mana bar is is higher for the windspeaker user.
