Uses of Mark/Dash; other than what it is meant for by balancing team

As a Ranged Character

  1. To scout the bushes. Even if you don't hit with the projectile it shows you the bushes as it flies through. If you hit it gives you view for so long.

  2. To poke with (don't even care they reduced the Mark part to 25% damage.) True damage is True damage.

  3. When you see an absorb shield or something the true damage just helps to finish them off.

  4. Actively passing enemy inhibitor's creep to hit them with mark half way between engaging the enemy team.
Nothing like epic escape if there is no peel.

  5. Mark and Dash is a Troll method to escape that Karthus Ult. Since it makes you invulnerable.

  6. Mark and Dash is a great Troll engage as a range with an escape.
(Marked and Dashed the enemy team and as Vlad - HemoPlagued and then Tides of Blood and Troll pooled for the escape.) "Tons of damage" no consequence. Seen other range like Leblanc and Quinn use it to hit and escape well enough.

  7. With push back and forth there are many times that there are creep at your tower as you run back. I aim for the creep in the back to TP me to tower.

I really can't see how the Riot balancing team can openly tell players of ARAM; after the last TWO patches they tested Mark/Dash enough.
