Troll/leaver.

Last game we were playing, our Kat out of nowhere "sorry Guys I have to leave in a minute" just up and quits at 25 minutes. First off, Don't join a game that can last upwards to an hour if you know you have to leave soon. There's one person down, potentially ruining the game, but yet, 4v5 is winnable, right? Well our jungle Lee sin decides since Kat leaves, he's going too "base race" and if they can "kill him" before he hits their fountain and dies, they score a goal, if not he scores a goal. He continuously does this for the next 20-30 minutes.. over and over .. spawns and runs right for their fountain, or hides in a bush and waits for them all to pass. So now it's 3v5. All potential of winning, has been removed. When Lee is told he's being reported, his excuse? "It's normals, riot doesn't care about normals and i'll never see a ban" What kind of bullshit logic is this? Why are people allowed to continuously ruin the game? Riot needs a better system implemented.
